Returns

Pre-Approval Return Policy:
 Please call or send us an email for prior approval before returning our products. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping and credit will be given after the product is returned to our warehouse and inspected by our team. Sorry, no refunds after thirty (30) days. Return Policy for Hot Rawks: 
Raw-Nation is committed to our customers. We want you to be satisfied with your order. If, for any reason you are not satisfied when you receive your order, Hot Rawks may be returned if it is unopened and unused for any reason within thirty (30) days.
